Team Manager/Coach – How to Register

Already have a TeamSnap Account?

  • Use your existing TeamSnap email and password as you normally would to view your respective team.

  • You will scan a copy of your official team roster and then enter one parent's email and player's name. Each parent will receive a prompt to fill in the emergency contact information and E-Sign the standard WYSA medical waiver to participate in the tournament event.

  • Managers can also login to their respective account at a later date to input this information by visiting http://events.teamsnap.com

  • If you have been instructed to pay now, choose credit card or cash/check option. If your club will send one check for the total teams registered, select cash/check to pay later.

New to TeamSnap?

  • Create a TeamSnap user account by entering your email and creating a password.

For Parents:

You will receive an emailed invite to play in the tournament. This email will prompt you to create an account or update your current account with player details, such as emergency contact information, and E-Sign the standard WYSA medical waiver to participate in the tournament event.  Please follow the steps to add your player to the roster.
